The country has begun to pay attention to the governance of algorithm chaos, and the introduction of relevant regulations will inevitably affect the current news industry landscape. In 2018, in order to support and encourage the innovation and entrepreneurship of professional and technical personnel in public institutions, the state issued the "Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the High-quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship to Create an Upgraded Version of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship".
According to the National Bureau of country email list Statistics, the per capita disposable income of national residents in the first quarter of 2021 increased by 13% over the same period of the previous year. With changes in policies and market environment, the upsurge of lifelong learning for the whole people has set off, the scale of knowledge consumption users and consumption scenarios have continued to expand, and knowledge payment has entered a stage of rapid development.
Due to the lockdowns and changes in media consumption habits caused by the epidemic, the proportion of users who use paper print as a news source has further declined. In Switzerland, the proportion of people who use print media for news has fallen from 63% in 2016 to 37% in 2021. Similar declines have occurred in countries such as Poland, Portugal, Germany and Spain, where the proportion of users using traditional paper media has fallen below 20% in Brazil and Poland.
